About FindNido

What FindNido is

FindNido is a Spanish marketplace for industrialized, modular and prefabricated houses. It brings the house models, the plots of land to build them on and the management of the project together in one place, so that someone can see the price, pick the finishes and understand the whole process before talking to anyone.

The core tool is the online configurator. You choose the model, the size, the construction technology, every interior finish and the extras, and the quote is calculated on screen, with a 360º tour of the rooms. The resulting price is a closed price: not a range, and not an estimate pending a sales visit.

What you can do here

• Configure a house and see its quote: four configurable models, from 1 to 4 bedrooms, in wood, steel, concrete or 3D printing.
• Browse the house catalogue, filtered by price, floor area, bedrooms, style and technology.
• Look for plots of land for sale in Spain, with province, area, price and buildability.
• See houses already built, with photographs and data for each one.
• Check what each project phase costs: preliminary design, basic project and execution project.
• Join the network of architects, manufacturers and suppliers by writing to profesionales@findnido.com, or list a plot for sale.

How we work

The goal is for buying an industrialized home to feel as little like an opaque process as possible. We standardise the information so it can be compared, automate the most tedious tasks, cut down the paperwork and follow the project from start to finish: from fitting the house onto the plot and the planning report to coordinating the external technical studies and the construction itself.

If you have no plot, we help you find one; if you already have one, we advise on what can be built on it. The full process is explained in the house of your dreams.
