Privacy and data

What data FindNido collects, why, how long it keeps it and how to exercise your rights. This is a summary of the full privacy policy, which is the governing document.

Who processes your data

The data controller is WIND SHEAR CORPORATION SL (hereinafter FindNido), tax ID B10773828, registered at C. de la Travesía S/N, 46024 Valencia, Spain. For anything concerning personal data, including exercising your rights, the data protection officer's mailbox is privacy@findnido.com.

What data is collected, and why

Simply browsing the site does not by itself record any data that identifies a person. Personal data reaches us when someone provides it, and each case has its own purpose and legal basis:

  • Contact forms and emails: to answer the enquiry and get back to whoever made it. Legal basis: the pre-contractual steps requested and/or consent.
  • Newsletter subscription: to send the newsletter and commercial information about products and services. Legal basis: consent.
  • User registration: to manage account access and to send commercial information by electronic means. Legal basis: the pre-contractual steps requested.
  • Buying services: to manage the sale of the services selected. Legal basis: the pre-contractual steps requested and/or consent.

Except for the fields marked as mandatory, providing data is voluntary; not providing it may prevent us from delivering the service tied to that data.

Who it is shared with

Personal data is not disclosed to any other company. Should that ever become necessary, express consent would be requested first. The only foreseen disclosure is to banks, and only to carry out the payment transactions of a purchase.

Mobile information — phone number and consent to receive SMS — collected through our forms is never shared, sold or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances: it is used solely to contact the user about the property or service they asked about.

How long it is kept

Data from an enquiry is kept for as long as it takes to answer it. Data from a registration or a purchase is kept for as long as the applicable legal obligations require, for example tax obligations.

Cookies

The site uses cookies to know when and how much each section is visited, to measure usage and to control access to restricted areas. The detail of every cookie, its purpose and how to withdraw consent are in the cookie policy.

Your rights

Anyone may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection by writing to privacy@findnido.com. Consent can also be withdrawn at any time — without retroactive effect — through that same address, or by using the unsubscribe link included in any commercial message. If the answer is not satisfactory, a complaint may be filed with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Security

Data is stored on systems with technical and organisational security measures intended to prevent loss or unauthorised use by third parties; among others, all traffic on the site is encrypted with HTTPS.
