Steps to build your new home

Once the preliminary project is completed, you can continue with the following construction steps: basic project and execution project. In case you have already started any phase of the construction service, you can personally request the adaptation of the construction package and we will start from the phase you need.

Do you have a plot of land and don't know what to do with it?
Request the report to determine the construction feasibility on the plot. This report will allow us to know if it is possible to build in that location and, if so, what are the limitations and urban planning requirements that we must comply with. VAT not included.

Land purchase advisory

350 + VAT

Do you need advice for land purchase?
Our urban planning team analyzes the options with you and accompanies you in the purchase process to ensure that the land is suitable for building your home. We guide you on regulations, urban planning restrictions and any key aspect before making the decision. The amount of €350 will be deducted from our success fees (4.5% of the land price). VAT not included.

Would you like to divide your land to get the most out of it?We take care of the meticulous process that involves subdividing land for specific purposes. From identifying legal boundaries to cadastral planning, this procedure requires careful consideration of municipal regulations and land use planning practices. VAT not included.
