The average turnkey delivery time is 6 months from the moment the building permit is granted. The home is built under cover in the factory, with quality control at every stage, and then assembled on your plot.

The same as any other home: the Spanish Building Code (CTE), the Building Act (LOE) and the municipality's planning rules, since the town hall grants the building permit. FindNido drafts and certifies the project and handles the permit for you.
